We all know water is important, in fact it is our most precious resource. That's why South Australia's Catchment Water Management Boards have designed a website that provides flexible content to enable educators to tackle the diverse issues that surround making water essential for life. The great thing about water and other environmental education is that it provides an opportunity for hands-on and experiential learning, and the opportunity to develop skills, attitudes, values and knowledge that are critical for life in the 21st century.Catchment Water Management Boards have the important job of involving the community in managing and protecting our precious water resources and catchment areas. Catchment Boards now form part of regional Natural Resource Management Boards.
